🏰 Grays Harbor Historical Seaport

The Grays Harbor Historical Seaport is a nonprofit maritime heritage organization established in Aberdeen during the 1980s.

Its best-known project is Lady Washington, a full-scale reproduction of the eighteenth-century vessel associated with Captain Robert Gray’s era of Pacific exploration and commerce.

The modern Lady Washington was built in Aberdeen and launched in 1989 as part of Washington State’s centennial celebrations. The vessel later became Washington’s official tall ship ambassador and has been used for maritime education, public sailing and historical interpretation.

📍 Aberdeen, Washington
